I have a small lump on my scrotum it has been there for about a year now and is slowly growing it is about half the size of a pea, solid to touch and painless, it is starting to worry me, what is it and can it be removed

Go to dr--im thinking not something to ignore--i dont have balls so I dont know--but seems you should get it checked out.

I had something that started off like that. Eventually it turned out to be a hernia which is pretty common.

I have the same exact thing right now, ive had it for about a year also. It looks kinda like a pimple, but then you cant pop it, and if you finaly do then it wont all the way. And if you kinda squeze it you feels hard little balls inside of the lump?
