Hi, I am excited that I stumbled upon this
website. This is our first child, I am
six months pregnant and it's a girl!! My
husband who is 29, and i, 25 are very
excited to welcome our baby girl. We
already have her room set up as far as
crib, dresser, and rocker. We are so
excited. I am very lucky to have a
wonderful husband who is going to make a
great father. This was an uplanned
pregnancy, but it was meant to be. I am
due in december which by then I will have
a bachelors and my husband will complete
his masters in march of 2006. We're
very blessed and excited! :)

I'm glad to see you're so happy about
this, even though it was unplanned. I'm
also glad to see that you are getting
prepared. So many parents don't
understand how important that is when
bringing a child into this world. We
don't have any children yet, but we've
only been married for two weeks. But we
look forward to having kids in a year or
so.

Hi and thank you for the congrats! I am
very nervous about giving birth, since
this is our first. Yes, the grandparents
are excited!
You know, I strongly believe this
pregnancy was meant to be. Everything
worked out just in the nick of time. It
truly is a blessing to have children. I
just want to be the best parent I can be!

Congratulations! I am sure you both
will be great parents! Enjoy your sleep
now, later on when the hormones start
kicking in and your back and feet are
hurting, their is no such thing as good
sleep, start having your husband do
massages now. Keep us posted on how
things are going with you and yours.

Hi sandy allen and first_time_mum,
sandy, it's so funny how you mentioned not
getting a good night's sleep and having my
husband start massages. Last night, my
back was really hurting and he massaged me
for about 15 minutes. Bless his heart.
I had to use a heating pad which helped-
thank god! As far as good night's
sleep, already at 26 weeks, it's
difficult. I keep tossing and turning.
They say you're supposed to sleep on your
left side so that you don't compress the
blood vessel that connects to the placenta
and blood supply, so I keep waking up to
turn over to my left side. (i like to
sleep on my right side.) but thank you
for the sincere congrats!
First_time_mum,
that's wonderful- we are both six months
pregnant! Congratulations. Are you as
nervous and excited as I am? Do you
know the sex of your baby? I am so
scared about the birthing process. I
worry about having to have a c-section as
well.
