You dont neccessarily have to have symptoms. You are one of the lucky ones.

I didnt find out I was pregnant til I was 3 months, no sickness until then. Then I was sick all day every day for a month. Had severe pains etc.

Some people have no problems throughout pregnancy, others get every symptom possible.

Be happy your one of the lucky ones.

Once they catch things early they can usually treat/help it. At the beginning of my pregnancy I had very low b12 and iron. I had to get b12 injections and take iron supplements etc. I am now 39 weeks pregnant and everything is ok so far because they were able to keep an eye on everyting.

You should be ok, let me know what happens. :d
