Hey, i'm 3 months pregnant and got the same thing. It means you have cervical cancer or cervical tissue.

In the pap smear that they did, they should of been able to tell if it was cervical cancer or not.

My next docs appt is in 7 days and she called and told me what to expect, so now i'm going to tell you what she told me!

I'm warning you that it's not going to make you happy, but i'm only going to be straight forward.

They'll give you another vagina exam, except in a different room. They open your vagina like they normally do with a pap smear, except the thing they open it with is a bit longer. They will then swab vinegar all around your cerix, there may be a slight burning. And they'll stick a huge microscope in front of your vagina and look into it with different lights. They do this because the vinegar makes the abnormal cells turn white. He then may if it's needed. Pinch a piece of the white abnormal cells off. Which is going to hurt... She'll give you a pill to help with bleeding and you'll bleed for about a week, and will be sore for a couple days.

If it's just a few abnormal cells then it could be taken care of after the pregnancy, but if it spreads fast, then there is a chance they'll have to terminate the pregnancy and you'll get a hysterectomy. Those chances aren't likely but it's still very possible.

After your pregnancy you'll most likely have to get all the cancerous tissue cut out. My mom had it done and told me it does hurt really bad, but it's something that needs to be taken care of. It needs more watching than a normal pregnancy, just for the simple fact that it could affect your baby.

My doctor appt is on the 26th and if you'd like to talk just send me a pm. I'll let you know how mine went, and what they did.

Hope I helped, if you have any questions. Don't be afraid to ask.
