When Does Ovulation Occur And When Does It End?

This was last year but I began on may
7,2004 and ended may 12,2004 I begin every
22 day's and had sex on the 15,17,23,26 of
may and I guess skipped my period on
june3,2004 and had sex again on june6,2004
and well took a test on june22,2004 when
did I get pregnant?

A woman can get pregnant at any time
during the month, her most fertile is
ovulation though. And that's different
for every woman. Sometimes it happens
right before a period, sometimes right
after and sometimes it seems to be right
in the middle of periods. I'm not good at
calculating dates, but I just called my
doctor and asked the receptionist what due
date they had put me down for, counted 40
weeks backwards on a calander and came up
with my conception date, which happens to
be right in the middle of my period.

The ovulation should have been around 14
days after period--if you have 28 days
cycle. So if 22 days cycle 11 days after
beg of period. That would be approx the
18
and there are something like 5 fertile
days going in both directions from the
prime day. 16-20 most common to get
prg. Although women can get preg at any
time, very uncommon though. Most non
fertile days would be the few days
following mensus.
On a fourty weeks cycle you get preg at 2
weeks which means you actually are not
preg until 2 weeksafter period. For they
measure from the last period, which in
most cases is 2 weeks be4 ovulation. So
actually we carry baby 38 weeks.

You said you had sex on the 15,17,23,26
of may. The ovum lives for 24 to 48
hours after it escapes the confines of the
ovary--which is the time you get
fertilized. And the male sperm can live
up to 5 days in a favorable
environmnet--inside our warm cushy fertile
bodies. Sperm lives longer if we are
ovulating and we secrete fluids
inside(around the ovaries) to help sperm
and ovum move to destination. We also
secrete a different kind of vaginal fluid
at that time--more favorable for sperm,
and thinner to swim in.
So 5 days in either direction of the 17th
would be the perfect time to conceive.
So I would say the 17 prolly.

Hey why is it that these other people are
telling me I got pregnant in june? I
checked everything and it say's I was in
may. Pluse I missed my period there is no
way you nor anyone could get pregnant when
they miss there period right there is no
way at all so I had sex on the 17 of may
and I was fertile all the times I did it
was fetile except in june.

She was born on january 19,2005 but her
edd was febuary12,2005 she weight 6 pounds
3 oz and was 18 1/2 inches long and in
august 11,2004 she was 3 months when her
1st sonogram was done I asked the doctor
several times im 3 months right and she's
like yes ur 3 months

gosh I feel alot better. And just to ask
in the middle of june I was getting pains
like cramps but no period but I had
already missed my period I was way late
but didn't even know that I missed any how
why was I feeling those pains?

And how far along would you have to be in
order to get those like after having sex?
Because my step sister was feeling those a
couple of days after havin sex and I gave
her a pergnancy test and it said neg. But
maybe it was because it was too soon to
take one right?

I myself with this pregnancy started to
get them within a couple of days. All my
symptoms started really early, but some of
them have tepered off by now. I am
8.6weeks
