Anyone can die in child birth but these days the chances are rare. You won't die because of contractions hurting really bad and the age doesn't have anything to with it. I had my kids natural with no painkillers. The contractions with my 1st were bad and with 2nd that was pain 10 times worse then the first. And that's when I said "no-more" lol

I dont mean to scare you .
but YES you can definitly die during giving birth.
or if you never go see a docter. and you have a baby without a docter present you can die after giving birth from a rare disease. its very highly unlikly if you have a docter with you threw thr pregnacy. and with technology now a days I doubt it will happen.
