Pregnant And Social Anxiety Posted: 08-21-05 09:55am
I have severe social anxiety but I have
had control over it for the past 2 years
or so, without any medications. It used
to be so bad, that I couldn't go to the
mall and didnt really want to go out and
eat, not even go to the movies. It all
actually stems from my fear of getting
sick in public. I would be so scared to
get sick, that I would make myself sick.
Has anyone had a problem that has come
back to them once they are pregnant? I
know it could be because I really am sick
and I just dont want to go anywhere, but
its turned into full blown anxiety...
Shortness of breath and full blown panick
when I am out in public. :?:
