I spotted july 25 & 27 of last month, and august 12 of this month. My period is never that irregular. I've had a lot of symptoms like constipation, nausea, vomitting, & hot flashes. I've taken 5 urine tests. They all came out negative. But, why am I not having a period & having all these symptoms if i'm not pregnant. I'm still taking birth control. Could I be pregnant even though all the tests where negative??

If you are on certain kinds of antibiotics it wil cancel out your birth control. My friend had the same symptoms as you and she was under a lot of stress but they also found cyst on her ovaries, that was making her sick. It is possible to be pregnant even though the test say negative, I would go to the doctor and get a blood test that is the best way. I hope I helped

Thank You, Ellye25
My mom is concerned that I might have some type of infection or something. I'm going to find out about getting a blood test done & seeing a doctor tomorrow. It definitely could all be from stress. Except, my b/f has been in iraq for over a year. So, it seems to me that if it was from stress, I would've missed periods before. I hope to find out soon what the problem is. Thanks so much for answering back.
