Well they say with the second child you feel movements early so it could be.

I have missed my period for about 3 months but really have no signs of being pregnant. I took two pregnancy test back in july and they said neg. I have been under stress lately I just moved in with my boyfriend and there are days that I only eat once and I used to eating 3 times a day. I don't know if this will help but I want to give you all the info that I can. The last time that I had my period was in april 27 -may 1 and I moved in with my boyfriend on the 27. I'm 29 weeks pregnant with my second, and I definately felt the first movements at 14 weeks this time 'round.
I don't know if it's because the muscles are not as tight the second time, or whether you just recognise the sensations earlier.
I didn't feel anything with my first 'till about 19 weeks.

I'd say you're feeling the little one.
