He had genital warts and got them burned off he also had epstein-barr virus but is now in remision neither of these diseases have a cure always live in his body i'm wondering will this affect her trying to get pregnant and how so even if he is on remision.

Neither should effect your sister' s chances of gettting pregnant.

Epstein-barr virus causes mononeucleosis (mono) and you are only ill for 3 months tops. Mono falls in to the same classification of herpes as chicken pox, shingles, cold sores.... Does not effect fertility in any way shape or form. Now, if her husband shared his genetal warts (even though burned off can still be transmitted) with her she may have some complications with delivery.
