For about a month now i've been having
little pains in my stomach along with
changes with my breasts such as tenderness
and enlargement but my areolas, or rings
around your nipples, lighten, nausea,
fatigue, frequent urination, headaches,
dizziness, backaches, lower abdominal
cramps, excessive salivation and my period
is late for aug everything expect
vomiting. About 3 weeks ago I took a
pregnancy test and the results were
negative. However the pain continue so I
went to the doctor 08/19/05 and explain to
her everything that has been going on so
she gave me an urine test and again the
results were negative. She gave me so
antibiotics for the weekend so when I went
in yesterday she wanted to give me another
urine pregnancy but I couldn’t go so
she recommended that I have an ultra sound
of my kidney, bladder, and stomach for
kidney stones. So I did that today
8/23/05, I go back thursday to see how
everything went with the ultra sound.

When last period? Sometimes it takes
until 2 or 3 weeks past missed period to
get pos urine test. I dont care if it
says "early as soon as 4 days be4"--still
might not come out so soon. Sounds like
preg. I remember my last son, they did
urine test, they did pelvic exame, I was 5
weeks preg, they said I was not. Gave
me shot to make period start. I went
back 2 weeks later they say, 'your 7 weeks
pregnant"

Thanks for your advise my period was due
the 6th of this month. Did the shot
cause any birth defects with your son ?

First thing I ask the dr "what will the
shot do to my baby" he said nothing just
make cervix stronger!!???
In the end of that preg he was lying with
his head trapped in my pelvic bones and
try all I could he would not let me go
into full labor. Every time pains would
start he would stop moving-- I knew he was
distressed. Then they tried to break my
bag of water and could not get into my
cervix(this is my third birth--usually to
2 or 3 cm when due with others)
if my cervix had been weaker they would
have broke the bag--then he would have
come down with head stuck--neck would have
come down and he would have broken his
neck or got stuck sideways in the birth
canal. Just goes to show god is always
in control, the day before being induced
for the second time--he turned upside down
trying to move into position. They took
him out c/sec needless to say. I now
think god for that shot--i feel he would
have died and possibly me too!!

I receive a phone call from my doctor
saying that everything came back ok and
she reschedule my appointment until next
week if the pain continue then she will do
a blood test

In my opinion, she should of done a blood
test on you the first time. Some
pregnant woman never show a positive
pregnancy test... And some woman dont
show postive until later in the pregnancy.
I really wouldnt be surprised if your
pregnant, it sounds like it. When was
the last time you took an hpt?

8/05 was my last hpt and I took on at the
doctor 8/19. If I am this is my first
child and I am unsure what are things I
should or should not do.
