Is Having a Stroboscopy Safe? Please Reply Asap Posted: 08-24-05 18:31pm
Hello everyone,
i am going for a stroboscopy (where they
put camera in throat to view vocal cords)
very soon and I was wondering if there
were any risks to having this done? Could
they injure my throat? Any permanent
discomfort or side effects? I just didnt
know if there was any harm in having this
done and I dont want to do anything that
could be possibly harmful. I was told to
have this done because I have persistent
hoarseness and one doctor already told me
I have nodules and possible
laryngopharyngeal reflux. Thanks.
