Lately, i've been itching all over (hands, feet, arms, stomach, etc) and I am 8wks. Anyone has this problem or know what's causing the itchiness? Is it due to the hormones changes in my body? What can I take to relieve the itching?

I'm sorry... But I couldn't help this I have to share what I was thinking.
When something itches real bad I use this nice cream from elisabeth arden and when i'm out of that I put honey on. Helps so great.
So I got this weird thought. I'm seeing you lying in a bathtub with only honey in it to relieve the itching!

Sorry I can't give you any serious advice tho... :-/

It could be a couple of things, itching is really common in pregnancy.
At your stage, i'd say it's the increace of blood volume- I know that sounds crazy, but as soon as you are pregnant, you produce like, litres of new blood for the baby and the placenta, the increased circulation of blood can cause itching.

Later on, as you start to get bigger, the skin on your stomach will probably itch- this is from the skin stretching.

I don't think there's very much you can do about it at the moment- maybe ask your doctor, see if he has any suggestions- I tyhink it just goes away by itself, or maybe you get used to it- sorry that's not much help. !!!!!!

Ask the doc if it's driving you crazy.

Talk to your doctor, itching all over for no apparent reason can also be a sign of diabetes, which is dangerous and needs to be monitored in pregnancy

My friend had something called pups, not sure if that is correctly pronounced or abbreviated. But she had a total body rash for a few weeks while pregnant and it went away finally. She used mild cortizone creams, prescription kind. I have ezcema and am worried it will worsen in pregnancy. I am 7 weeks now and am okay but I get terribly itchy sometimes. One thing that can help are collodial oatmeal baths, they draw out the histamines from your skin. I really feel for you, I know what you are going thru even if it isn't ezcema.
