Could This Just Be Pimples And Stuff?

It seemed the day after I went drinking alcohol with some friends and stuff I noticed that there was pimple like things on my buttocks, this was probably a week ago. I also found a porno on the ground that day and brought it home to watch and happened to wack off to it but I washed my hands several times before I had done anything. It seemed the day after all this I had pimples or what appear to be pimples on my buttocks and lower thighs, more on but, not too many but some seem to keep coming and others going away. I have not had sex or kissed/made out with anyone, but for some reason I right away thought could this be a disease because I rarely have acne on my but and when I did it was like one pimple, and got basically none on my face. Also a month before this I got bit by a dog and didnt get a shot cause the dog looked fine and appeared to have no diseases. Anyhow could this be any type of disease like herpes or something I can't see how since as I said never had sex or kissed/made out with anyone yet. Its been over a week and I havent had any symptoms that I looked into on the disease and the pimples havent blistered or anything just seem like a normal pimple, I just got paranoid but im pretty sure it is just nothing. By the way im 16 , possibly just an odd time for pimples? Also if I didnt see them I wouldnt of known they were there I cant feel anything there is no itch or pain, and I got no symptoms of any kind at all. There is also the possibility these appeared before I went drinking and I didnt notice I just got paranoid. If any info please respond.
