What Is My Issue?
Posted: 08-27-05 12:02pm

First off im on birth control. I lost my virginity and have only been having sex with the same guy for about 9 months. Ive had my period every month. He left early august. My period isnt supposed to be until the last week of the month. But I had my period about a week after he left, give or take a few days. And I was bleeding, we thought it might be breakthrough bleeding because of birthcontrol. I had that bleeding for about 11 days. But on the day I was supposed! To start my period, it stopped. Ive been having white discharge, a lot. So im not sure what it is. Am I pregnant? Does that explain the early period. Is it an std? Or a yeast infection? Im really worried, and im afraid of buying a test because of my parents. I havent had any other symptoms of pregnanccy. My next period isnt due for 3 weeks. Also, the inner lips of my vagina are slightly swollen. What is it?

Well when I was on birthcontrol my periods were screwed up. One month I wouldent have a period then the next month, I would have it all month on and off. Now I have been off of it for almost 2 years now and my body just got bacck to normal. So I dont think your pg. I think its just your body getting used to the birthcontrol. And I dont know why your inner lips of your vagina would be swollen. Your best bet is to get a std test done just for your peace at mind.. Adn if your scared you might be pg just take a test. Your parents dont have to know your taking one.
