Pain/numbness In Left Lung Posted: 08-27-05 18:10pm
I sure hope there's someone here who can
help me out please!! Today made 4 weeks
that i've been quit smoking now and I went
to the Dr. A month ago because of what he
called acute bronchitis but I don't think
that's what it was from what i've read he
did a chest x-ray and said everything
looked normal. I forgot to mention that I
smoked 26 yrs. And that i'm now 41 yrs.
Old. I've been having occasional dull
pains in my chest right below my rib cage,
and in my shoulder blade down to right
below my rib cage on my left side it is
accompanied by numbness which is there
almost all the time. Don't think i've
hurt it in any physical way but i'm not
sure. So my question is there anyone hear
thats had them symptoms before not caused
by some type of injury. Does this sound
like it might be cancer sure hope not. I
don't have any shortness of breath, and
i'm not doing alot of coughing as a matter
of fact I hardly ever cough since I quit
smoking. Any help here would be very
greatly appreciated.
