Not Finding Out the Gender? Posted: 08-29-05 15:03pm
This will be the first time that we wont
find out the gender of our baby. I am
wondering if it will be a lot of headache
because of not having any of the correct
gender clothes out and ready, or am I just
blowing it out of proportion. This will
be our 6th child and my last ones were
twin boys, now 3 years old. I am hoping
that things will be easier next time
around, lol! Please send any info my way
about your experiences and surprises. :o

Girl For You. Posted: 08-29-05 20:03pm
You don't need to go find out- the natural
obstinacy of all things will make certain
that you have a girl this rime.
This is because you already have all the
things you need for a boy- even better,
you've had to buy stuff for two boys,
having them both at once.
Therefore, the gods will find it very
amusing to have you go and get girl things
now.
This will also have the added punchline
that you only get to use most ofyour baby
clothes, equipment etc. Once, instead of
getting to "recycle" it on the next child-
because you'll more than likely decide
your family is complete after three
children.
I bet anything your twins are still using
their car seats too, so you'll have to buy
a third one. Am I right?
Congratulations on your pregnancy, don't
stress about the sex, find out if you
can't stand the supence- it's not that big
a deal not to know in advance, and
besides, even when you do find out,
sometimes they are wrong. I've had two
friends have to repaint the nursery etc
after the little boy or girl they were
told to expect, turned out to be the
opposite !!!!! (one of these had been
confirmed twice by ultrasound!!!!)
just enjoy your pregnancy, and do what you
feel like, don't let anyone else pressure
you into finding out either.
Good luck !!!!

A girl at I work with didn't find out what
she was having. However, it made it
really hard at her showers for people to
go all out and get her things. The end
result was that she had a whole lot of
bottles and wash cloths! Lol! She ended
up returning so many things! It just
depends from person to person, but I know
there is no way that I would be able to go
without knowing, especially knowing the
technology we have.

My friend had a baby girl almost a month
ago and she didn't find out til the baby
was born. It was really hard to shop for
baby presents cuz we didn't know. But now
that she's here I get to buy her cute
girly stuff. Lol she says it's worth the
wait though. I don't think I could last.

Well I had full intentions of finding out
the gender... My fiance I *thought* felt
the same way, but he told me yesterday he
would rather not find out! And then my
mom said if I did find out, she doesnt
want me to tell her! Lol
looks like I wont be finding out hehe, but
thats okay... I like yellows and greens
better than pinks and blues anyway!
