Ok so I got one of those bowflex machines
for my 13th b-day ( a month ago ) and I
started working out on it. I have worked
30 minutes a day, every other day on the
machine, and the days im not on bowflex, I
go on 1 hour to 1.5 hour bike rides. I
have been doing this for a month now, and
I havent seen any results. I know it
says 6 weeks, but I figured all that
cardio should help. I know I am doing
the exersices correctly, so whats wrong?
Please help! :?
Ps: I am eating pretty healthy as well

Make sure that your diet is very very high
in protein, and then just keep watching
for some results, it takes longer with
some people than others. I worked out
for over a year before I saw any real
improvement, but now i'm 180 lbs of
muscles, and i'm super ripped, I just
turned 17 too. So it just takes a little
time.

I would also say that if you are only 13,
it may take your body a little longer.
Depending on how much mass you have now,
the protein will def help build mass and
eventually muscle as you continue to work
out.
Don't hurt yourself, though, trying to get
results too fast :wink:
