Will You Get Your Figure Back After Baby Arrives? More Tips

Wass good its $horty....Heres another tip
I got by e*mail......Alot of this isn't
very motivating to me.... But maybe it
will be to u. Good luck
so what did I do during my pregnancy that
made it so easy to lose weight
afterwards?
1) healthy eating was my top priority!
And my secret to healthy eating is
literally nutritional value. Just as
gasoline has different grades, so does
food! Good quality food will give you a
long steady ride, while poor quality food
will give you a short, bumpy ride.
Compare a baked potato to a potato chip,
or fresh fruit and oatmeal to a donut.
Get my point?
2) I also made sure I was active at least
three times a week. I walked a lot and
from the fourth month on, I swam weekly.
At first I had to start off slowly because
I would get winded quickly (i hadn’t
swum for about 10 years!). But my fitness
level in the water improved quickly, so
eventually I was swimming 40 minutes at a
time. (remember to get the ok from your
doctor before doing any exercise).
3) I believed that I could manage my
weight. The power of the mind is so
important with body weight – believe in
yourself 100% and your behavior will
follow.
Sound good? Well it is! And you can do
it too. Don’t buy into the mentality
that post-pregnancy weight loss has to be
a struggle because it doesn’t!
(and for the perfect post-pregnancy weight
loss plan, check out my new book, mommy
without pounds available at www.Mommywithoutpounds.Com
)!
For lots more tips on what exactly you can
do now to avoid gaining unnecessary, extra
weight, plus learn exactly what you need
to do now to prepare yourself for an easy
labor and quick post-partum recovery
(including weight loss!), read my kit

Those things are true... When I got
pregnant I only gained 18 punds...I still
ate healthy I just didnt give into
overeating...And after I had my baby I
lost 39..So I actually lost about 20
pounds after I had him that I had before
just beacuse of the healthy eating and
breastfeeding

I gained about 20 pounds during my
pregnancy and lost it all in two weeks!!
Advice: eat well when your pregnant.
Don't just constantly eat all the time.
Eat when your hungry and don't be afraid
to give into cravings, but just eat
sensibly!!

You're a tiny thing... Lol!
I gained 37 with my first son. 11 with my
second... Not bad!
I had both children by c-section and it
makes it more difficult to try to work on
getting your figure back. I also have
hypothyroidism... This can cause you to
gain weight... And it did! Oh well my
husband still thinks i'm beautiful, and
truthfully that's all that matters.

No doubt thats all that does matter!!!
Well actually....As long as youre happy
with yourself then your good. And your
hubby helps you feel good about yourself
when he thinks your beautiful.
So you gained 11 lbs w/your second baby???
Isnt that bad???

I was more sick w/ my first. I only lost
4 pounds w/ him though.
It's one of the worst symptoms... Other
than feeling dizzy all the time, for me
anyway.

Aaaw im sorry....I think im sooo lucky,
cuz I didnt really get nauseous, and I
only got sick one time (at night) but that
was awefull I dont even no if it was frm
my pregnancy.... Cuz I had the worst
migrane and I puked so hard that I had
spotty broken blood vessels on my face!!!
But...I used to get migranes that made me
sick when I was little, and thats why I
think it might have not been frm
pregnancy....But probably

I probably have to get a c-section because
my bones are too narrow.
I flip out over needles and im going to
have my stomach cut open. Pffft.
Are any of you breastfeeding?

I breastfed both my boys... My first for
3 1/2 months and my second for 5.
It's the best feeling ever, I have to say.
It's a special bond that has you happy to
feed him/her twice as much(even in the
middle of the night). I also understand
why some ppl choose not to though. It's
all personal choice.

I think i'm going to breastfeed, it saves
money & helps you loose the weight
faster (so i've heard)
i just don't want to have to whip out my
tit when i'm somewhere and the baby is
screaming it's little head off. I'm going
to buy a breast pump, but heard it takes
forever just to fill up a bottle.

It all depends on the person. I didn't
produce a lot of milk, so I couldn't pump.
I found no shame in breastfeeding my kids
outside... It's natural. I just used a
receiving blanket.

I don't mind outside, but when I go to the
store and any other place, I just don't
want to whip out a boobie.
It's going to be cold outside when I have
my baby, so I doubt i'll be whipping out a
tit anyways.
I just feel so guilty that breastmilk is
better for the baby but yet theres the
possibility of formula.
