I told my story a week ago about how I didn't have a clue I was pregnant. (im 5 mnths along, had regular periods, using b.C.) I had my first yes first real doctors appt today. Just did all the tests and had the talk with the doctor. Their hoping the bc didnt effect the baby .... Im terrified. I had no clue I was preg because if I did trust me I would have never carried on like it was just me and my body,...From the begininning. I would never wish anything bad upon anyone especially my own baby. I wish every night now that I knew 5months ago. I feel like a bad mommy already. I just need your prayers ladies please....Not for me but for the health of my baby. That is all I can ask for and would give my soul for this baby to be born healthy.

Sorry to pour this on you all but my baby and I could use the help with prayer.

I know it is easier said than done, but try not to feel so guilty. I understand how you are feeling. I had a similar experience with my daughter. I was 15 when I found out I was pregnant. I didn't even know until I was about 4 - 5 months along when I felt her moving inside me. My periods were never regular when I first started them at age 13. I didn't gain any real weight, although I was a bit more tired and hungry than usual. I assumed it was just puberty hormones. Although I wasn't on birthcontrol then, or never did any drugs, I am sure in my early pregnancy with her I probably drank, maybe even getting drunk a time or two. I also smoked cigarettes. Luckily for me, with possible drinking, smoking, and no early prenatal care, she turned out perfectly healthy.

thanks for "good report" for author

if you are concerned about something you have done--when you go to dr ask him about the "consequences" im sure everything is okay though. Think about the woman who never knows she's pregnant until she goes into labor??

Just try to relax and stay calm, stressing about this could possibly make things worse. I am sure you will have a happy & healthy baby.

Today We Got Our News.
Well fellow mommies the verdict is in.

Its a precious baby girl!!!!

We got to hear the baby's heart beat today and boy was she active at 10:30 this morning. Her heart rate was at 160 and the doc said everything looked good so far. She has the cutest little face and her legs were all over the place. At one point she looked straight into the monitor and we got a great face shot. We wanted to show pics but cant add attachments.

Thanks you ladies for all your prayers, if you dont mind keep them coming. Its not over yet.

Proud mommy

Congratulations
Yay, a girl- i'm having a girl too, less then 10 weeks to go for me !!!!

I was on birth control when I fell pregnant with my first daughter, and I didn't find out I was pregnant 'till I missed the 2nd period, so I was two months pregnant and still taking birth control, drinking and smoking quite heavily.

My daughter turned out fine, she was big and healthy at birth, and is now a healthy and very bright 2 and a half year old. She's way ahead of the kids we know of the same age in speech, counting, problem solving- she knows her alphabet, can count to 25, and is toilet trained. She also has an amazing memory. (i'm not biased or anything am i!!!!) she is also very well behaved and resonable- no behaviour problems at all.

Your little girl will be fine- relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.

You'd better get thinking about names though, you've missed 5 months arguing with your partner time !!!!!!!
