Have you seen a skin specialist or any
doctor about your face? If not, please
do so, it appears you have a severe
infection. If for any reason you can't
afford to see a doctor, try checking with
your local health department. Their
services are usually free or they may a
small charge compared to specialists.
My heart goes out to you and hope you can
soon find something to help you. Good
luck!

I would go to a dermatologist. Like the
last reply said, the health department can
help you, or sometimes, if you find a
really nice doctor, he can set you up on a
payment plan. And if the doctor gives
you a prescription, ask for samples. Do
not be ashamed to ask for samples. It
will save you a lot of money, and they get
them free anyway! Also, I heard about a
series of shots that you can get for
severe acne. Supposedly, you take them
over a peried of seven months or a year,
or something like that, and you are cured
for life. I haven't looked into that, so
it might be rumor, but it is a good one.
Good luck, I am so sorry that you have to
go through this.

You need to go to the emergency room.

However it started (acne, infection,
allergy???) it certainly needs medical
treatment & given that you said you
sometimes scratch it really hard the
chances that it is also or additionally
infected are increased greatly.
Good luck.

If it is was real it would be at the outer
end of the acne spectrum.
Note the blue background and black
rectangular tape shape used to cover the
eyes, both classic teaching photography
techniques.
Also note the relatively acne free neck,
which is inconsistent with a serious acne
condition.

That actually looks like a disease not
acne, go to a doctor, that is really
bad!
