I had a blood test today which turned out
to be negative. I have all the possible
symptoms of pregnancy except that I have
not yet missed my period. I know I am
jumping the gun here but I just feel like
I am. It has only been 9 days since
intercourse. They say to wait at least
10 but I just couldn't wait over the long
weekend. My question is...Has anyone
been through the negative blood test
thing, am I getting the test too soon (the
nurse says its probable that I should wait
until my period is late). I am not due
for my period until next friday. I had
intercourse a day or two before ovulation
without birth control so I feel like it is
likely. Any thoughts? I am going nuts
here!
Thanks!
:)

What kind of birth control were you using
before you stopped taking it? I have
been trying to get pregnant for a year now
with no luck. I stopped taking the birth
control pill a little over a year ago and
had been on it for 5 years. I think it
has caused me some problems or
something.
I am anxious about being pregnant like you
are... I've been hoping it will happen
every month since we started trying. I
thought I was this time, but I dont think
I am. I just started some light, brown
spotting today, i'm hoping it will go away
by tomorrow, if it does it will probably
mean it is implantation bleeding wouldn't
it?

I haven't done a test yet because i'm not
supposed to get my period for about 4 or 5
more days.
I have read that implantation bleeding can
take place about 2 to 3 days before you
are supposed to get your preiod. I'm
really hoping this is what I am
experiencing.
Like I said, yesterday, I had a very light
brownish .. Blood, I guess, when I wiped.
I thought it was my period starting, so
I used a tampon, but this morning when I
woke up, there is only one little spot of
brownish fluid on it. This sounds so
gross.. Lol.. I know we all experience
it though :-)
this usually happens right before my
period is going to start though.. I
always think I am pregnant every month
because this happens, but this time, it's
a little earlier than normal... So maybe
I am this time.
Did you take the pregnancy test today?
What are the results?
Good luck to both of us :-)

Sorry dear,
i have not, I was very busy today. But
will do it tomm. Wether the results is
neg. Or pos. I really want to know what
is going on...
I always have this feeling every month
that I will hit jackpot this month and
become preg. But it doesn't.... But this
time, I really feel bloated, giddy at
times, can't take a good dinner... Feel
sick mostly at night/evening.... Cramps
are going on, funny feeling at the tummy.
Slight bleeding, spotting still going
on....
