High honey. I'm 30 too and understand
the way that you feel about time ticking
and all that.
I missed a period before becoming
pregnant, was convinced that I was
pregnant and I think that my body just
went along with the idea (if that makes
sense). You body is reacting to the
stress you are putting yourself under. I
would try and just take things easy. A
year isn't a long time to be trying for a
baby....And I know that doesn't help
really as you want one now.
The problem is that by putting yourself
under so much pressure, it takes the fun
out of conceiving.
I can only recommend that you take a deep
breath, calm down and just wait for nature
to do it's thing. The other option is to
go and see your doctor about taking
something like clomid, an ovulation drug.
I would recommend researching this on the
internet, so that you know your rights,
and know what you are asking for. That
way the doctor can't fob you off.
