Hello.. Though maybe we should have some before and after pics.

I implore others to include their before and after pics.. That way everyone can gloat.

as well as some stats..

I am vertically challenged at 5'8".. When I started working out I was 130lbs.. I do not weigh myself often these days but it was around 153lbs in the summer.

My arms went from 12" to 14", chest from 35 1/2" to 38 1/8".. Waist has been static at 32".

I am working out more for strength than to get giant.
All of my weights have skyrocketed in the past 2 years.
-pec deck started at 125lbs.. Now is 237lbs.

-dumbbell shoulder press.. 25lbs.. Now is 45lbs dumbbells
-hammer curl... 22.5lbs.. Now is 45lbs dumbbells.

-lat pull down... 87.5.. Now is 162.5
-preacher curl... 30lbs.. Now is 70lbs. + bar.

When I started I worked out mon/wed/fri full body workouts each day.

I recently (sept) started doing the 5 day a week, different muscle group each day and have seem great results.

Any questions, comments, concerns are welcome. Wink

Great job!!! You have to be more aggressive with adding weights to gain strength. Try a pyramid style workout by starting high reps with lower weights and gradually increase the weights but lower the reps and then come back to the higher reps with lower weights. This works really good for the benchpress routine.
I was a skinny 5'11" kid until I started working out, now I weight 210 lbs, easily benchpress 330lbs etc. You really have to push heavy weights. And eat like a pig, your body needs the energy. And don't forget to rest at least 2 days a week for heavy lifting. I have really found that celltech with creatine has helped to add strength, you have to really drink your fluids though.
Keep it up!!!
