Has anybody had strange feelings. It's
hard to explain. I feel like i'm
standing still and everything around me is
going by really fast. I feel like i'm
spacing out all the time. Sometimes it's
been so bad that it's made me sick. I
just can't think straight. All my
thoughts are racing and I can't get them
to stop. It's been so bad that i'm
having a lot of trouble sleeping and
that's not helping matters. I'm starting
to get really scared about things and I
don't know what to do or how to make it
stop. I'm not on any new med's so it
really can't be that. Sometimes it's so
bad that I have to cut and I just can't
stop crying. I want to call my counselor
but i'm afraid what he'll say. Please
someone help me I just don't know what to
do if I can't get this to stop

Strange Feelings... Posted: 09-07-05 03:33am
Anxiety can bring with it symptoms that
run the gammit that feel very
strange....If it is truly anxiety it is a
symptom of something else that worries you
... I am sure life feels hard to cope
with for you at times. You sound
overwhealmed to say the least..I can
relate....Hopefully you have someone to
talk with a professional that can help
you feel less afraid...
Slow deep breathing is very helpful....Be
your own nurturer and tell yourself that
you will be ok and beleive!!!! Cafine
is out too ... That ads to it...Good
nutrition will help too and from my
experience you are not getting enough
oxegen when you are afraid and breathe
fast or halting breaths ...This creates
more anxiety symptoms..Are there many
things that you are afraid of right now
that could possibly be manifesting this
way.... I do hope you did not say.....
Cut.....Is that how you feel.. Please
care enough to recieve counceling there is
soooo much hope for you...Really...Things
can get better :) good luck to you
