Does anyone get a tired cramp like feeling
in their stomach when they talk
sometimes.. Its like you dont have enough
energy and have to tighten the muscles in
the stomach to be able to talk? Its
scary.

I went through an anxiety phase once,
where I was afraid to talk on account of
losing my breath. It was totally
ridiculous, and was the culprit of a few
terrifying panic attacks that were not
necessary.
I do feel that I can relate, I sometimes
feel that I must strain way too much just
to speak. As if speaking is a chore. A
very frustrating feeling indeed.

Thats what I mean. Like speaking becomes
"work" and takes energy. Thats how I
feel. Its weird.
Also had the feeling that if I talk I get
panicky that my chest will cave in or my
heart will stop. Ridiculous.

Mine was similar except it was for
swallowing, and there would be times where
I would panic and not be able to swallow
for about half a minute - the effects are
most likely psychosomatic and from
anxiety. It's easy to say this, yet such
effects caused by anxiety still happen...

Whenever I try to talk to anyone I don't
know my mouth feels completly dry and I
know that when I try to talk I won't be
able to speak properly so everyone thinks
i'm a weirdo.
It's frustrating because it's fine talking
to friends and people I know well :(

Do you also get nausea sometimes, shaking
in your chest area, fuzzy feeling in your
head and a feeling that something bad is
wrong like cancer or something`? I always
think my heart is going to just stop.
