Has anyone in here been 2cm dilated for over a week? How long can u be dilated 2 cm?

There is a girl on the furum that has been dilated 3 cm's for a few weeks now, I have hurd it is normal in some girls to have this

Same ? On 8/21 I went to the dr and I was a fingertip dialated then I went back on 9/34 and I was 2cm dialeted. So I am wondering if when I go back this thur if I will be more.
