Hi first of all I have to say that I have
been living in fear for almost a year now.
That's the last time I have had
unprotected sex with my boyfriend and then
we broke up. Now we don't communicate at
all and I can't ask him about his health.
Since than I have had two awful colds. I
haven't had diahrea or fever. My blood
test results came normal except something
in my urine. I am scared to death taking
and hiv test and I can't tell anyone for
support. Also I haven't lost any weight,
but I have a strange taste in my mouth for
some time, I got tested for bacteria in my
mouth but the results came back negative.
Please tell me if these are syptoms for
hiv. Thank you

No they are not symtoms of hiv. You
probably have nothing to worry about. Go
get tested already.

I can only conclude that you have been
worrying without any reasons. There is
no reason to get feared for getting tested
, unless you walk into a clinic or testing
center which askes abruptly for an
identity. Just research on a voluntary
testing center that specialises on hiv
testing and treatment in your area, and
talk to a counsellor if available. They
will treat you with care and emotional
support before advising you to get tested.
They will also not ask you for your
identity as that is a mistake by law.
Do not go to conclusions by symptoms. I
did the same mistake as well, and got
relieved of all stress and anxiety only
after I tested myself. So bring the
courage to yourself and feel human.
After all we are all humans and we do
mistakes now and then. I do not know
what religion you observe. But I will
surely remember you in my prayers for a
deliverance.
Regards and prayers. Kiklis2k

Hiv has no apparent symptoms and it may
sit dormant for many years or no time at
all. Best bet is to go get tested.
