drink a liter of cold water and lie down, if he doesnt start moving within an hour or two then you should definitely call your doctor

Your baby may be resting b4 labour if you move your belly or try and push the baby to one side he may move if it dosent go to the docs straight away better to be safe dont worry about being paranoyed, you need to know everything is ok

After 24 weeks, a sudden decrease in fetal movement is a pretty bad sign-

have a warm sweet drink- if you still feel no movement within 1/2 and hour, call your doctor or midwives or whatever, or go directly to a hospital with maternity section.

This is what my midwife has told me to do should I ever notice a lack of movement- even for a few hours at a stretch.

Have a hot chocolate, or a sweet tea now.

Drink some water and then lay on your back and mess with your stomach. If the baby still doesnt move I would go to the doctor. No question is a stupid question when you are pregnant.

Piles is another name for hemorrhoids which are very common later in pregnancy because of the pressure of the baby. How did things work out for you?
