Hi everyone,
yuppers its that time of year again
my doc says I need to start wearing
masks.
Do you guys need to? Any ideas to make it
fun instead of looking like the person
everyone wants to avoid.

Hello,i have had to wear masks. But it
was because my husband was on a heart and
double lung transplant list. He could not
afford to get sick,and since I have
lupus,and can pick up all kinds of bad
junk,we both had to wear a mask. It was
no...Fun! people always
thought we had something contagest. They
would not get on elevaters with us..Stuff
like that. I got so tired of people doing
things like that ,that I started telling
people"the reason we are wearing these
things are to protect us from people like
you who walk around spreading germs". I
only did this to the ones who acted like
morons! Alot of people were kind enough
to ask in a nice way, why? We would
explain and they would be more considerate
than those who avoided us. In the summer
they got hot, but in the winter it kept
the cold air from going down our throats
and our faces warmer. We ened up not
having to wear them forever since my hubby
decided to remove himself from the
transplant list. It turned out to be the
best decission in the long run. He is
doing ok.
I feel for you, but all I can tell you,
it is for a good reason and just have fun
with it when you run into those people who
walk around with only thoughts of
themselves. Pull it down and say boo!!
And see how fast they move!!

actually my friends like to freak people
that stare out by asking how contagious I
am. Let me tell you good times. Trust me
I have tried to explain that they (other
people can make me sick but they dont
understand . My brother had the nerve to
ask me to baby sit, didnt tell me she had
monno till he picked her up. Some nerve I
tell ya. Havnt noticed if I have it yet
but my fingers are crossed.
