How many of you woman felt really sick to
you’re stomach when you were in the
first stage of having your baby. See I am
already in phase one so the dr is really
just letting me be at home as long as I
can.
So this morning I woke up and I am
cramping really bad and I am nauseated.
The thing is however I took nausea med and
I still kept waking up nauseated. I know
woman get more worried at this point and
don’t know what is going on. I really
am scared to bc this is my first.
Is there anything that someone would
recommend me do to help keep me calm?

Jist stay relaxed, eat some crackers,
pray, read your bible if u have one,
listen to some soothing music, keep you
phone by ur side in case of emergency.
And remember god will help you through
this. He does not put more on you than
you can bear. :d
