Pregnancy After Depoprovera Posted: 11-29-03 10:00am
I went off depoprovera in july to try to
re-regulate my body so my husband and I
can start a family. I've had two periods
now, but no pregnancy yet. Does anyone
know if you can have a period but not yet
be ovulating??? I'm just wondering how
long it takes before my body is back to
normal.

Amy,
i have read in some reports that it takes
a yr to get pregnant after depo provera
because it is still in your system. I
believe this because I was on depo provera
for almost 3yrs. I got off it in sept 02
I didnt start a period into march 03 and I
am 9 wks pregnant now so yeah it take a yr
for some women but I had a friend who got
pregnant a month after getting off depo
provera.

Depro And Pregnancy Posted: 12-02-03 23:09pm
Hey amy
i was on the depro injections for 7 years
and it took me about 10 months for me to
fall pregnant. Unfortunately I miscarried
3 times before I was able to go full term
and the doc thought it might bee because I
was on the depro for so long!!! But I
now have a healthy baby boy. :d
