Pregnancy Forum - Girlfriend Is Irregular- How Long Before She Ovulates?

I was wondering how long it takes for an irregular person to ovulate. Is it the same time frame? Is it possible to ovulate the day after a period, or is it always after about a week? Or is it 2 weeks?

I know, anyone that visits this forum regulary must hate these questions, I apologise for my lack of education, but I would still like to know.
