Is there a symptom for a stillborn?
Some women notice that their baby has
become very quiet and has not moved for a
while. Others experience an intuitive
sense of danger, or death. Some women
have a sense of something 'being not quite
right', and are then told by their
caregiver at a check up that there 'may be
a problem'.
But what are the symptoms of a stillborn
during the first or second trimester, when
a new mom cannot distiguish between a baby
movement and gas?

Hi, I had a stillborn little boy at 32
weeks and it wasnt untill after I had had
him that I recalled my urine being really
dark for a few days before we realised he
had died, I am not saying that all
pregnant women who have dark urine will
experience a stillbirth but thats what
happened to me. I had a son 1 year after
my first little boy was still born and am
now 27 weeks pregnant again. Good luck to
you, and the best remedy for healthy
pregnancy is trying not to worry in the
first place!! Take care

I was 5 months when my baby died in utero,
the only sign was faint amount of blood
when I wiped. I didnt even noticed
decreased movement but it was my first
pregnancy so I didnt really know what I
should of been feeling.
I didnt know for sure until the ultrasound
at the hospital, b/c I hadnt even had an
ultrasound yet.
He died due to umbilical cord accident.

Such sad stories...I am sorry for all your
loss. This is my first pregnancy, i'm 30
years old and seem to be taking each day
in my stride. I do have "what if's" and
"how will I know" and at the back of my
mind I am worried that the next scan will
show something bad....But I am not going
to let thoughts like that ruin the next 5
months of my pregnancy....
When I told my partner that we had hit the
jackpot...The first thing we did was talk
about the "what if's" and found that we
were both being realistic. I have since
been of the mindset, that if nature, or
god or whoever that greater being is,
decides to take my baby from me, there
isn't really much I can do about it and
worrying about whether that will happen
isn't going to make it less likely to
happen....It will just pass on stress to
the baby I am carrying.
So I take each day at a time, I still
check every time I go to the loo that
there's no blood when I wipe and hope that
everything will be okay.
.....Just thought I would share that with
you... Sorry to go on! Bloody
hormones!!!
