I am 22 years old and have had sex with
two people: my current boyfriend and an
ex. My current boyfriend was a virgin, my
ex boyfriend had had many sex partners.
Because I was on birth control, we didn't
use a condom (which was dumb) but he
pulled out every time but once. The last
time we had sex was two years ago.
Recently, I had an abnormal pap smear. I
go for a colposcopy this week. I'm really
nervous. I have never been tested for
stds. I guess I didn't think it was
necessary because I had no symptoms and
only technically had the guy finish in me
once. Any ideas on what it could be? I
guess I am paranoid now...At times, I have
a little bit of itchiness in my vagina,
but never noticed it until I heard about
the pap being abnormal. I have bled after
sex twice with my boyfriend...Not much,
just a little bit. And maybe a little
pain but not much...Anyway, does anybody
have any advice for what this might be?
Am I being overly paranoid about assuming
it is a serious std? (my ex boyfriend was
tested for stds twice, both negative, but
it was about a year before I had sex with
him). Thanks for the advice!
