I'm wondering about things like turkey
bacon and turkey sausage and the benefit
of eating as a good source of protein
against the fact that it still has a
little bit of fat in it. I work out
regularly, but I like to eat sausage and
bacon. Just wondering if this turkey
substitue is a good alternative. Thanks.

The taste..Well it can be horrible
(turkey bacon expecially)
but yeah, it is much much lower in fat and
a great substitute if you can handle the
lack of taste

the bacon definitely leaves a lot to be
desired, but the sausage I think is really
good.

So I know turkey bacon and sausage taste
like well, just that turkey and not the
real stuff. But im hooked becuase of its
nutritional value so heres a trick to help
with the turkey bacon. Spray pam on the
pan before putting the bacon in then, as
its cooking spray pam on the bacon
too....This helps a little.
