Im a 18 year old guy, and im skinny as hell. People always tell me they cant believe how much I eat , and never gain any weight. I heard this is because of high metabolism and everything. The problem is I just want to grow some muscle (or fat, anything.) now you might say exercise treeguy, but I do: I play (pretty intensive) tennis like 2 times a week and bicycle about 30 kms a day (too school and back) I have nearly no muscle tone. A strange thing is how I am pretty strong. Like when im wrestling/fighting for fun with one of my friends, who is pretty muscular (wrestling in a none gay way) we are equal, its not like he can fold me up or anything. Any help is welcome.

i think there was a similar topic about this. You might try to start incorporating more protein into your diet. Protein eventually builds muscle. Try things like protein shakes, and just generally eating more white meat, including fish.

You might think about starting to lift weights some, too.

Lots of protein, and possibly try getting into a muscle bulking program.

Can you tell me which food or ingredients have high proteins?

meat. I eat meat at every meal. I eat turkey sausage for breakfast, I have ham or turkey for lunch, and I have a fish or chicken, normally, for dinner.

Nuts are also high in protein. Milk is another. Eggs. Cheese.

These are all good sources of protein.

I already eat bread with cheese and drink milk at breakfast.

In weekends when I have more time I also eat eggs for breakfast.

Throughout the day I eat a lot more bread with cheese.

At dinner I always eat at least two big pieces of meat. (in addition to vegetables and other stuff)

so this seems like i'm already eating a lot of protein rich stuff already?

hmmm....Yeah, it does seem like you are getting your protein. You must have a super high metabolism! That is good, actually.

I really don't know what else to tell you. I would try the whey protein shakes. Mix the whey powder with milk and frozen fruit, like blueberries and banannas.
