Not necessarily when its erect. But your
doctor can prescribe a cream that will
help your foreskin to easily retract with
use.

but will it hurt during sex if it doesnt
retract?

I sort of have the same problem. When I
get errect my 4skin stays over the head.
But I can pull it back pretty ez. I have
friends that say once they are errect it
automaticly pulls back.

it might have some pain/discomfort that
you wouldn't have if it was retracted, but
everyone is different.
