I don't know what would better if pills or patch?? What do u guys think?

The patch is better if you're forgetful and can't remember to take pills, which it sounds like a lot of females on this board have trouble doing. Not me! I can remember to take the pills.

thanks for the advice I already using the patch but i've noticing that since I start using it I got cramps (really bad) , nauseas and almost all tha day a feel sick is it normal?

Is that how you normally feel right before your periods? It may be that the patch is either too strong or too weak, and is setting your body into a pre-mentrual state.
