My name is heather and for the past 2 weeks I have been throwing up every morning and sometimes after every meal.I have become very moody like one minute im good then im either po'd or crying. If I walk around to much or have just been out all day I start getting lower abdominal cramps. My breasts have become very tender and sore.I have had to go pee alot more and I cant stop drinking water or eating grapes.I have been having a heavy clear looking discharge.
When I first started getting sick I took an hpt but it was negative.Well I took another one this morning and it was negative. If I am pregnant anyway I would be going on 8 weeks.Shouldnt it show up on the hpt even if I havent missed a period yet?Ive had my period after my fiancee left to go back to iraq but it was only 4 days instead of 6 and it was way lighter and I didnt clot any like normal.
Do you think I could be pregnant or what else could it be?

First off you may not be as far along as you think--secondly some pple never pass a urine test. Go to the dr, throwwing up every morning is not good. They can give you edicaine to help the nausea. The dr can do a blood test to see if your preg. Sounds like you are to me. But go to dr asap.

The reason I think I am 7 weeks and 3 days is because my fiancee left on august the 9th.The first day of my period before he came in was july 20th.I think I am going to go to the doc cause im scared if im not pregnant what else it could be.Thank you for your response.Oh yeah and the past 2 days I havent thrown up but I have been terribly nauseated.

That Makes Me Feel Better--no More Throwing Up
My daughter and I could not pass until 7 weeks preg, they tell some to wait until 8 weeks. So almost there to be sure you could wait just a few days and try again. Still need to get prenatal care asap okay???

Just some women take longer to create the hormone

But anyway you prolly are--just need to wait a bit longer, but could prolly pass one now. When did you take lst one??

I hope you are sweetie--good luck

Doctor Good Idea
The hormone that contributes to morning sickness is the same hormone that the hpt's test for, so if you have enough hormone to make you that sick- it seems to me that you should have enough to show up on the test.

I would definately go to the doctor, I wouldn't even bother waiting for a period that may or may not come on time- throwing up that often is reason enough by itself.
The doctor can do a blood test which is far more sensitive, if he suspects pregnancy as the cause.
