Finally Found a Drug That Works On My Panic Attacks!!!
Posted: 09-10-05 15:06pm

As I had posted before I just tried celexa. Well I hated it. It caused me to be more nervous all day. I dont know if that is how it always is or if its cuz im welbutrin with it. Anyways my doc gave me ativan to take when I feel a panic attack comeing on. It works wonderfully. Im only taking 0.5mg. I am trying to only take it when I really need it cuz it is addictive. I dont want to get addicted to it. It works so good though and its the only thing that has so far. If I take it everyday will I get addicted? Let me know if anyone else is using ativan.

You can get addicted to aspirin, just use it as needed and you should be o.K. With it, if you do feel uncomfortable with it, talk to your dr about it, it just sounds like a temporary thing until your system getss used of the celexa. Good luck, keep us posted on how you are doing and after a while, if you have the same feelings with celexa, talk to your Dr. As their are other things out their.

I've been on ativan for yrs and i'm never had a problem with it. Was just taking it when I needed it now I take it 3 x's a day and it helps to keep the attacks under control.
