I am 23 weeks pregnant, almost 24 weeks. Doesnt 24 weeks make you 6 months pregnant. Just wondering cuz I read somewhere that you arent 6 months until you are 28 weeks pregnant.

On the lunar calander I think it is you have 4 weeks per month. So 10 months = 40 weeks. But on our actual calander you have an extra week every 3rd month. So in 6 months you would have 28 weeks. You would be considered in the 7th month--but only 6 months along.

How are you doing rae--would you like to see my belly pics??

im 10.6 weeks along in my abdomen--you can see the round ball of the amniotic sac about size of grapefruit, baby about 2 inches. I can feel him moving about.

Lol no its a boy according to the ultra sound I had done about a month ago. I am carrying high the Dr. Said. But there was this thing that the lady pointed to that was the penis and the lady doing the ultra sound said it looks like a boy.

Most women and myself carried girls high and in the center--boys low and like spare tire all the way around.

Maybe the lady was wrong about the baby being a boy..I dunno...Kinda weird tho that I am carrying high and she said it was a boy...I always heard girls are carried high....Man! That would suck if its a girl now..I have sooo many boy clothes....And some girls but not many. Maybe for my baby shower I should just ask for money and diapers...Cuz the only thing I dont have right now is a car seat and stroller...And the one I like is almost $200 sooo the money would help out...Lol..Instead of getting clothes and the baby actually being a girl and not a boy..Have you ever heard of anyone carrying high (according to ultra sound) and its a boy???

Im sure its a boy--u/s hardly never lie. But in my experience it has been like that. I was reading something the other day and they say girls are low and boy are high, so it just depends on who you know right?? Im sure it is correct. Do you have any of your u/s pics you can put at that addy for me to look at. I wanna see the beby.

Carrying Low
I'm 32 weeke with my second girl (as far as we've been told anyway)
i 've carried low with both of them, and this time 'round I have that spare tyre effect too !!!!!!!

You really can't tell from the belly- how you carry depends on your body type, height, baby's position, weight gain and so many other factors that you can never tell just by looking.

I'd trust the scan. Although..... I know a woman who had two scans, one in england, and one in auistralia, and was told on both occasions that she was having a boy. She had a girl.

So buy some clothes in white, or yellow, just in case !!!!!!!!!
