Few at least a month and a half I have had some little pimple like dots about 2 inches below my belly button and I was just wondering if anyone knew what they were....

Chances are they are one of two things: -ingrown hairs (pimple like). (how old are you? They might just be newly growing hairs, which is nothing to worry about, thye should go away soon.) -cherry angiomas. Both are really nothing to worry about, but you do want to make sure that you fix any ingrown hairs, otherwise they will just get worse.
