I know I have anxiety but i've had it for
soo long and I havent seena doctor. Well
I did once but I wasnt honest. I was
scared to tell him I had a panic attack
because I thought I would be put in a
straight jacket, and then I didnt take my
meds right. Now these symptoms are
starting to catch up with me. My brain
feels numb. I wish I would've known
nothing was seriously wrong with me when
this first happened. I've been hiding my
emotions for too long. Someone please
help me....

Panic is nothing to be ashamed of, you
would be surprised how many people
actually suffer from anxiety. You should
see your doctor and explain everything you
may get some meds that will help you and
they may put you in touch with someone who
can help you work through your anxiety.
Maybe half your anxiousness is caused
because your anxious to talk about it. If
you understand me ! You can get better
and you will feel like a weight has been
lifted off you if you do.
Good luck
