Sorry for your pain. :( I would say if this is what happened last time you dialated, then that is what is happening again. The further dialation must be causing either increased bloodflow to those areas, or the baby is dropping even further down in your pelvic region causing the blodflow to change. Your feeling as if your baby wants to come out is most likely because the baby is dropping even further into position causing pressure in your lower extremeties. Sounds like it won't be too long now! I would say, by what you have described, that it will be within a few days. Hurray!

I know especially with the swelling it might be painful, but you can try some walking. I have been told where this is supposed to help speed things along. I guess because of gravity on the baby?

Hello, hope your pain has subsided somewhat, I want to tell you that the swelling and pain could be also coming from what they call a bartholin cyst. We, all women, have what is called a bartholin glad and sometimes the drainage duct will become clogged and therefore build up an infection and result in a cyst. I would check with my doctor and have it checked. They can become very painful and even hender you from being able to sit down but it is not harmful to the baby. Good luck
