Mine does that every so often, and I have
no idea why. I'd like to figure it out
though.

It's usually caused by lack of sleep. It
should subside in a day or two. Hang in
there!!!

My eyes do that, I get kind of embarrased
because I feel like I am winking at
someone, lol (do not get me wrong, I am
not laughing @ you) sometimes if you drink
a lot of caffeine or are stressed it can
cause this along with what the poster said
above, lack of sleep. But if it does
bother you and keeps on you might want to
talk to your dr about this because I am
definitely not a Dr.

My Remedy For Eye Twitch Posted: 07-17-06 02:34am
I had twitching eyelids for almost two
years straight. I saw about four
different doctors with no solutions and no
reason why it was happening. I finally
happened on to a treatment plan that god
helped me find that keeps the twitching at
bay. I say treatment and not cure
because it will come back a short while
after I stop treatment. Ok, here it is
one cup of carrot juice and one cup of
collard green juice and a teaspoon of
electrolyte concentrate ionic. All of
these can be found at your local health
food store. As for the collard greens
boil a small pan of them and use a hand
mixer and strainer to juice them. The
electrolyte is a concentrated trace
mineral liquid that is from inland sea
water. Ok, thats it it works for me and
it may or may not work for you, I hope it
does because I know how annoying the
twitching is. You can e-mail me at mnsservi
ces@cox.Net for further questions.

Your Body Is Lacking Something Posted: 09-15-06 10:55am
I used to have eye twitching all the time.
For several days at a time - and at work
this was particularly bothersome.
I am now on usana's essential vitamin and
mineral combination. No twitching.
Also no heart palpitations any more.
I think steve's remedy works too as it
likely supplies something you're body's
missing/lacking in.
All vitamins are not the same. You may
be taking one - but it may not be
supplying what you need.
