I've posted many times about this one topic. I've been bleeding for about 3 weeks now. My period had already came and left. But lately i've been dealing with a lot of stressfull situations and i've been bleeding off and on. Sometimes the bleeding will completely stop, and sometimes i'll bleed heavy for days at a time. I'm on birth control and have for 5 yrs. Nothing like this has happened. Can this be caused by stress? I took a pregnancy test, acually 2 of them and they were both negitive. I dont understand whats going on with my body. I thought I was pregnant, but the test's say im not, then I thought I was sick, but I dont feel it. All I have is a runny nose, which i've had for the past month and a half. Im going to the doctor's on the 22nd, but my mind is raceing everyday and it's putting alot of strain on me..... Does it sound like anything to anyone?!?! Please help!!

Well I had that problem before and it was a cyst on my ovary. Also a abnormial thyroid can also screw up your period. I know cause I have a over active thyroid. So ask them to check your thyroid and a ultra sound of your ovaries. Does your stomach cramp really bad?

I bleed basically on for about 26 days of the month..Im off for maybe 4 or 5 days inbetween cycles. I was on depo for two shots and have been off of it since november 04. Honestly I wish I could help you but I have no clue. My obgyn said that since my cycles seem normal.. (because I stop for a couple days in the middle of the month) that I shouldnt be concerned.
If you find out anything let me know... Just wanted to say I feel your pain. This has been happening to me for the last four months.

Oh my god really? Thank god someone else who understands!!! Yeah because I was supose to get my period august 24th, then I missed it and got it around the 26th, and it hasen't gone away since!! I'm freekin out because i've never had this problem because I am on ortho tricycle lo. I've been on it sinec I was 15, and now im 20!! It's even more nerve racking because in the morning i'll wake up, with no blood or bleeding, go through the day and out of no where in the middle of the day i'll have a moment where I bleed so heavy I feel like im leaking!! But im going to the doctor on the 22nd, so I will deffinatly let you know what happeneds because I know I am scared to death and dont know whats going on with my body... And I dont want you to be scared 2... I promise i'll let you know.

Ohh I so know what you mean. I'll be sitting at my desk at work and I will have been off of it the day before and then I get up and am just like oh shi*. Yeah and mine are always heavy...I meanit wouldnt be so bad if they were real light, but no.
Plus my husband is just loving this...And im going broke on buying tampons. My sister told me that it takes up to two years to get depo out of your system...But ive also heard it takes a year. Anyways I hope this stops soon. The obgyn told me to get on the pill.. Only problem is that on depo I gained 30 pounds and was sooo emotional. I just dont want to be on anything right now. Plus we are sort of trying to conceive. Im just so sick of this. Right now i've actually been off of it for two days, so cross your fingers this lasts....

I know what your talking about with the whole work thing. I'm a receptionist so it's my job to look "pretty" everyday. But I can't be pretty if im always gettin up to go to the bathroom!!!! Thats exactly what happend to me this morning, I didn't even have a tampon so im useing toilet paper!! It's stressfull on my boyfriend 2. He's like you still have your period!?!? Im like yelling at me wont make it go away any faster. I was starting to think it was coming from stress, but I dono. Aw.. Good luck on concieving!! I want a baby, but right now im not financially stable. :( plus im 20.... And I still need a life.

Lol.. Yeah, my hubby always says it like it's my fault, "your always on your period!!" im like yeah, and it's really great for me. You try bleeding for months at a time problem. Lol. Ahhh plus I always feel bloated and im trying to lose weight and it's frustrating always having all this water weight on me! Grrrrr. I curse whoever made depo. Hey we should start a club, there is another girl on here chrissy something that has the same problem as us. Maybe a forum called depo haters? Or maybe a im pmsing for months at a time?

Haha, hell yea. I've never been on a depo shot, which I wish I could be because i'd be a hell of alot easier then taking a pill everyday. But im down for a club :)
