Have you talked to your doctor about the hemmorhoids?
The dr could probably prescribe something especially for pregnancy

Sitz baths may help soothe the area. There is also anusol ointment which is a zinc base... I would try the baths first, and check with your pharmacist about anusol

They say not to take sitz baths too much baccteria but then they are always changing that rule.. Hemmeroids suck I would suggest your doctor and maybe getting a squriting water bottle and useing that in place of a sitz bath fill it with warm water and rinse it alot. ( they do that for your stiches too). It might help...
