Q: Advice For Sore Breasts If Not Breastfeeding

Go to the store buy a freash cabbage. Throw away first yucky layer. Then carefully peel off 2 leaves, then break vains ( don't rip but its ok if you do). Then place on breasts, in bra or whatever, for an hour or so. Repeat as nessassary for releif and to help soak up milk. For the first 2-3 mins its uncofortable but then you'll feel the releif.

You can do this once a day with out losing your breast milk. Just if your trying to dry up do it everyday for comfort until dry or soreness is gone.

Its an old wives tale and it works...
