Q: I Want to See My Baby....

I wish they had listened to me when I went to the drs. Now, I know they would find him, but I dont want to go back in for I dont want them touching my belly at all now. The bag has filled the upper layers of my abdomen, coveriing almost all of my stomach--so I know they could feel it. I even know they could hear the heartbeat.

I think I will try to go to the emergency room in the am, I wanted to go today but we had lots of junk to do. I want to hear his heartbeat--like most pregnant women. I wnt to get an u/s of him like all pregnant women get to by 12 weeks. I am just a couple days from 12 weeks now

From what I know, her baby is growing in her abdomen, because she hasn't got a uterus due to an infection/cancer? I can't remember which.

I think the docs still haven't confirmed her pregnancy for this reason, so they won't be treating her like a normal pregnant woman, which I think is really bad.

Try ready some of her other posts, i've just given you the short version.

To fatfamily!!

Hang in there!!, am sure you'll get a u/s, if nothing else makes you feel better, just keeping that the longer you have to wait for a u/s the bigger your baby will be and the more you'll see!!!!!!

Very good--annarella

yes, im still waitin for drs to catch up to me and the babe.

They get so stuck in what is normal--but the first thing you learn in science--is there are no set factsin science, I thought he was really listening to me. I guess not.

I just wanna dr to believe enough to look for heart beat no matter what the tests say--there are 2 tests they can do though if they would just listen to the "body owner" the tests are progestrone and a-fetoprotein tests they come out when preg in abdomen. But now all they have to do is look and listen to my belly and they would tell. Just below my rib cage sticks out really bad when I lay on my back. But I dont want them pushing around on my abdomen. It hurts so bad for me. Every thing is so sensitive, and when it hurts you --automaticallly think it hurts the babe. Wish me lots of luck--and pray for when I do go in today.

Thanks so much for clearing that up. I felt really bad cause I know you were reaching out for help last nite, I just didnt know where you were coming from if you know what I mean. I am so sorry that your doc will not go on your word and believe and trust you. You would think you would be able to tell what you body feels better then he would.
Quick question? Do you feel the baby moving? Sorry I don't know too much on your circumstances, but ill be glad to help anyway I can.

You stay strong..... Remember our agreement.

the Doc Last Time Did Good, This One Sux
He paid no attention to me at all. Told me you cant--i told him I can and I can prove it. Shyt he is the Dr. Like I said it is too late to tell me im not--too late. He felt my stomach with this big ole bag of water and the babe about 3 inches and said he felt nothing. Okay well, all of my family can feel it, and it sticks up past my rib cage now when I lay down, but that is okay even though not normal for anyone even a fat person. Belly normally goes to the sides when laying on your back. And im a big girl but not fat at all. Im the smallest of the fatfamily. Lol

at least the other dr did a u/s and sent me to a real Dr. The real dr did not listen though, dont even think he read my u/s either which says I expelled an egg and it is still out for my cycle had no end. Meaning it is fertilized!!! I ovulated on the 8-12 of july. I know when, for I feel it every tyme. Have not ovulated since.

That is right, I am superior to you and it is not possible, well, if it is not possible why does it happen then. And beside that god said and I believe him be4 I believe them anyway, with god all things are possible. Even if it were impossible, which it is not(impossible-maybe highly unlikely but it is possible, it has happened be4). Every case I have read about this--ectopic pregnancy--without a uterus --they always think it is a tumor. Ectopic with a uterus it shows the hcg. But I have told them all if they do the progestrone test, or the a -fetoprotein test it would show up. They wont listen. The guy yesterday only needed a doppler and he would have heard the baby. He tried to use a regular adult stethescope--everyone knows cant hear a baby with stethescope at 12 weeks. But if he were learned he would have known my bowel sounds are different and he can hear that with stethescope. Duh!!!

I remember tellin a doc one time--you ever hear of a petrified fetus(calcified), he says no, I say you better read your medical journals for it happened to my grandmother. The product of conception had to be sent to new york to be studied in lab, found out she had carried for 20 years a dead baby. I dont know how far along she was, but she started to have periods every 2 weeks for months. They decide to do hysterectomy and remove uterus with dead baby inside. I also have pics of this lady on the internet, abdominal pregnancy petrified fetus for 3 years inside--34 weeks preg. She says"yeah about 3 years ago I was preg, everything fine, the baby just never come out. Abdominal pregnancy.

Wow. I really dont know what to say. Im definatly learning a bunch of new things, thats for sure. If you dont like your doc, get another one. I went to a regular womens clinic and they did a sonogram right there. If you explain your story to them maybe they'll see why you want it so bad and they'll help you.
I had never heard of sucha thing but I couldnt imagine being ignored of my wishes by my own doctor. Your a better person then I am cause I would have probably not been so pleasant about the whole thing.
I really hope you get to find someone who will listen to you.
I wish you the best jo take care of yourself and keep us informed.
